About Exchanges and Refunds

Each dress is unique, made to order, and specially customized for your daughter. As it is an exclusive, custom-made work:

• I only accept exchanges or returns in case of proven manufacturing defects.
• Since each piece is made for your specific theme, I cannot accept returns for cancellations or size errors. Please talk to me on WhatsApp before purchasing so we can choose the perfect size together!
• Care and Commitment: If there is a manufacturing error (only if there is a manufacturing error), I will gladly repair it or send a new dress, with no shipping cost to you.
